TR456 Platform Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Welcome to TR456. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and TR456 ("Platform", "Company", "We"). Please read this document carefully before using any products or services provided by TR456.

Opening a second, third, or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• Keep your TR456 account information up to date whenever your personal details change, such as your phone number or email address.
• Use a strong, unique password for your TR456 account — combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security on your TR456 account.
• Log out of your TR456 account after every session, especially when using a shared device or public network.

KYC Verification: TR456 reserves the right to request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when a withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, the last three months' bank statements, or proof of current address.

• The minimum deposit amount at TR456 is RM20 per transaction.

Odds & Markets: TR456 reserves the right to adjust odds and close betting markets at any time without notice, including during live matches. Bets accepted prior to any odds change will be honoured at the originally agreed odds.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the TR456 system cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event that a bet is placed on a cancelled event, all related bets will be fully refunded to your TR456 account.

The following is a list of activities strictly prohibited at TR456. Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools that interfere with gameplay on TR456.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the TR456 system.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the TR456 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any TR456 content.
• Using TR456's brand name, logos, or trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping or bulk-extracting data from the TR456 platform through any automated or manual method.
• Using any TR456 content for commercial purposes without a valid written agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TR456 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with the use of the TR456 platform, including:

• Betting losses arising from the outcome of sporting events, games, or simulations on the TR456 platform.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical issues arising from circumstances beyond TR456's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your TR456 account resulting from your own negligence.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content provided by TR456 for informational purposes only.

TR456 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from a relevant authority.

You may also close your TR456 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned to you via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• In the event of termination due to a terms violation, TR456 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including unused cash and bonuses.
• Terminated accounts cannot be reinstated — users who wish to return to TR456 must create a new registration (subject to TR456's approval).
• Approved self-exclusion requests are final for the specified duration and cannot be reversed early at the user's request.
